Winter Sky
£7,399.00

I called it Winter, but I did not mean
the calendar.

I meant that season inside a person.
When colour steps back and you start to
see structure again.

You move at a different speed. Not
rushing, not proving.
You begin to read outlines of
what matters.

What is missing shows its shape, and
that shape becomes a way to navigate,
so when warmth returns you recognise
it and do not run past.

Pay attention to the landscape
around you.
Let your eyes adjust.

You may find there is more light than
you expected.

About the Work

Winter Sky is painted in multiple opaque layers of acrylic on 490g cotton canvas, allowing the natural weave of the fabric to breathe through the atmosphere of the piece.

Subtle tonal shifts and soft diffused light create depth that is difficult to capture digitally; the surface reveals far more in person.

One-of-a-kind original.

Whispering Embers
£1,799.00

In the quietude of "Whispering Embers," there lies a deeper, more intimate flame—one that speaks to the dual nature of fire as both destroyer and creator. This painting is a contemplative gaze into the fire within, the internal struggle that burns at the core of being. It mirrors the introspective journey of self-discovery, where the flames of passion and the ashes of ruin coexist in a delicate balance.

This art whispers the truths of self-reflection, where one sees the beauty in the burn, the necessity of heat to forge and shape. The fiery horizon is a metaphor for the human condition: the poignant, often painful, beauty of growth through self-consumption. The painting subtly invites the viewer to acknowledge the transformative power of their inner flame, to recognize the courage in the heat of change, and to embrace the light even when it comes from a spark of self-destruction. It is in this tender destruction that new beginnings are born, in the soft glow of embers that wisdom is whispered.

Field Study of Morning Light II
£1,299.00

Field Study of Morning Light examines the transition between darkness and illumination. Rather than depicting a literal landscape, the composition investigates tonal shift; how light diffuses, settles and gradually defines space.

Built through layered acrylic application directly onto cotton canvas, the surface is developed through intuitive blending and refined with palette knife work. This process creates delicate variations in tone and texture, allowing the painting to shift gently as light moves across it.

Minimal yet immersive, the piece lends luminosity to contemporary, architectural or neutral interiors. It functions as a statement piece.
