Products

We sell original artwork, fine art prints, and selected related products.

Every effort is made to describe and photograph each piece accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device, and lighting.

Original paintings may include natural texture, surface variation, and signs of the artist’s process. These are part of the nature of handmade artwork and are not considered faults.

Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Original artworks are one-off pieces. If an original artwork has already sold, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a refund where payment has already been made.

Pricing

Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

Delivery

Delivery information, estimated timescales, shipping costs, international delivery, customs duties, and returns are set out in our Delivery & Returns page.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges applied by their country.

Returns

Please refer to our delivery/returns page for full return information.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging where possible. Buyers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Commissioned, customised, or personalised artworks are usually non-returnable unless faulty.

All artwork, images, text, designs, and content on this website remain the copyright of Kinga Makowka unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, edit, resell, use commercially, or create derivative works from any artwork or website content without written permission.

Use of images

Artwork images may not be used for commercial, editorial, promotional, digital, print, NFT, AI training, or reproduction purposes without written permission.

Commissions and custom work

Any commission or custom artwork agreement will be confirmed separately in writing, including price, size, payment terms, estimated timescale, and any specific details.

Due to the nature of custom artwork, commissions may be non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed.

Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and item.

We will review the issue and advise on the next steps.

Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its security, copy its content without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays outside our control, or issues caused by third-party services such as couriers, payment providers, website platforms, or customs authorities.
