Delivery

Original paintings and prints are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are payable by the buyer unless otherwise stated. For larger original paintings, shipping options may include rolled delivery in a tube or stretched delivery in a box, depending on the artwork and the option selected at checkout.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to amend the delivery address.

International Delivery, Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other local charges when entering the destination country.

These charges are not included in the artwork price or delivery cost unless clearly stated otherwise. They are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority, courier, or local body.

Kinga Makowka Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, import processing, or local delivery procedures.

Returns

We hope you are completely happy with your artwork. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us that you wish to return the item, it must be returned within a further 14 days.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in suitable protective packaging. For original artwork, we strongly recommend using the original packaging where possible and arranging a tracked and insured return service.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return delivery.

For international returns, the buyer is also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges that may arise when returning the item to the United Kingdom. These costs will not be covered or reimbursed by Kinga Makowka Art.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of receiving proof that the item has been returned, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Standard outbound delivery costs will be refunded where required by law. Any upgraded, express, or premium delivery costs above the standard delivery option are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and advise on the next steps. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Custom or Commissioned Artwork

Custom, personalised, or commissioned artwork may not be eligible for return unless faulty, damaged, or not as described.
