These small original paintings are created in-between my larger collections.
They are where I experiment, follow an idea without overthinking it, try new colours, compositions and ways of making marks, and allow the painting to take me somewhere I had not necessarily planned to go.
There is less structure here than in my main bodies of work. They are quicker, more instinctive and often become the place where ideas for future paintings first begin to appear.
Because of their smaller scale and experimental nature, these works are offered at a more accessible price point; a way to collect an original piece of my work and enter my world without the commitment of a larger painting.
Each study is still a completely original, one-of-a-kind work, signed by me and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Sometimes the experiments remain exactly that.
Sometimes they change everything that comes afterwards.
