A Pocket Full of Leaves emerged from one of my favourite parts of autumn: going out for long walks with my family.
Finding the crunchiest leaf.
A stick that would make a perfect bow.
An interesting piece of bark.
The children’s pockets are always full by the end. I carry a ton of these little treasures around in my car, unable to clear them away.
I think I love it because children are so good at noticing things we have trained ourselves to walk past. A leaf is not just another leaf - it is THE leaf.
This piece has a dreamlike quality, and so do everyday walks once you slow down and really pay attention.

About the Print
This signed, open-edition fine art print faithfully reproduces the complete composition, warm autumn colours and layered visual textures of the original painting. The square image is reproduced without cropping or stretching and is proportionally scaled within a subtle white paper border.
Each print is individually signed by Kinga in pencil at the lower-right, together with the year in which the original painting was created. It is accompanied by an A5 Certificate of Authenticity carrying its own unique Print Archive Reference.
